How to BEAT BINGE EATING & lose weight healthily…WITHOUT DIETING

How can you finally break free of the cycle of food cravings and binge eating for good?

Do you continue to seek out the next new ‘breakthrough’ diet and embark on an even stricter eating regime?
Do you buy the latest expensive ‘miracle’ supplement, powder or shake?
Do you just avoid wearing the kinds of clothes you’d love to wear and miss out on activities you’d love to do?
Do you try to build cast-iron willpower so that you’re never tempted by your favourite foods again?
Do you buy another gym membership and promise yourself that this time you’ll stick to the plan?
Or do you just give up, believing that you were meant to suffer in this way?

The honest truth is, you don’t need to do any of that.

Your body is screaming at you for help.

But you won’t find it in any of those. Let’s face it, you’ve tried enough of them by now.

Food and weight are not the real problem. It goes much deeper than that. Are you ready to make a real, PERMANENT change?

I have lived a life of diets, food restriction and excessive exercise, always striving for a body ‘just a bit thinner’. In 2016, after having a second baby, and therefore no time to exercise, I started to lose my battle with weight. I was disgusted that I was still in my pregnancy clothes with a 2 year-old child.

To top it all off, the stress of life was just getting too much, and I was suffering from severe stomach pain as a result of my emotional and binge eating.  To my horror, after numerous tests, it was discovered I was suffering with Ulcerative Colitis.

In a bid to get well I tried gluten-free, sugar-free, additive-free and fun-free. I did Fodmap, high protein, low fibre, and zero carbs.

I ran every day, did weights and punished my body with every exercise you can think of.

You name the restrictive, hyper-controlled eating regime or the high intensity training program and it’s likely I’ve tried it at one time or another.

NONE of it ended my battle with food. And absolutely NONE of it made me happy.

Finally, using strategies I had been taught when learning to teach mindfulness some years previously, I realised the REAL PROBLEM was NOT the food. And it was NOT my weight or body shape.

Within two weeks of making my discovery I started to TRULY love myself from the inside out for the first time in my life. The lightness, freedom and joy I felt was totally liberating.








Once I started to ‘listen’ to my own body’s inner wisdom I was no longer controlled by food. Instead, I was able to distinguish between cravings and true hunger. I gave my body what it really wanted and needed. And to my surprise, some of the foods my body wanted were the very things I’d spent years cutting out!

The aches, pains and stomach cramps disappeared. I began to feel happier and lighter than I’ve ever felt in my life.

I have finally ended my war with food – and more importantly, with myself. I’ve discovered that weight and body image problems cease to exist when we nurture, appreciate and love our bodies exactly as they are right now.

Cravings, binges and over-eating are no longer a problem at all – there is simply no issue. After all, why would I want to harm or overburden my body when I love and respect it so much? There’s no longer a need to diet and I am no longer tempted by cravings. I also know that I will NEVER need to embark on another frustrating eating regime again… EVER!

I am astonished at how well this works and how simple it is to build a totally healthy, enjoyable relationship with food so that you can experience utter joy and freedom in your life.

I have been so overjoyed with these results, in September of this year I decided to teach these methods to a small group of clients – busy women who had had enough of yo-yo dieting and hating themselves.

Sure enough, these women experienced the same breakthroughs I did.

Within a few weeks their opinions of themselves radically changed. Their image of their bodies was transformed, and they quickly started to experience love and respect for themselves – possibly for the first time in their lives.

What’s more, excess weight began to slip away, just like the old, painful beliefs and emotions they had been carrying for years.
