Mindfulness really does reduce stress

Meet Greg and Belinda – attendees on our most recent Quiet Mind course. The reason they’re so happy is that after working out their post-course improvement scores they’ve realised they have dramatically decreased their current stress levels and significantly improved their ability to cope with stress from now on. They literally have a set of tools they can use to cope with stress for the rest of their lives.

No wonder they look so happy!

On average, people on the Quiet Mind course increase their ability to deal with stress by around 70-80% which is why we get comments such as these on every course…

“I have had the best, most relaxed sleep I’ve ever experienced!”

“Amazing! The techniques have really had an amazing impact on my life.”

“I feel calmer, clearer and more peaceful.”

“I have learned to embrace fearful thoughts, accept them and then let them go. I now experience a sense of calmness and peace in my day to day life.”

“In the past I worried constantly about the past and future but now I feel able to control my feelings and emotions and can make decisions without pressure and guilt.”

“The benefits of this course amazed me.”
