Mindfulness really does reduce stress

Meet Greg and Belinda – attendees on our most recent Quiet Mind course. The reason they’re so happy is that after working out their post-course improvement scores they’ve realised they have dramatically decreased their current stress levels and significantly improved their ability to cope with stress from now on.
